My favorite, a good strong, clean mineral taste. Good magnesium content, which I like. Also it's not salty tasting like the big supermarket brands. Back in the early 90's, Evian exploded on the market while pronouncing itself to be the coolest thing since sliced bread. And for a while, I would spend the money on it thinking I was doing my body extra good because Evian had such a great reputation; not to mention how attractive the bottles themselves are. The bottles even used to have a World Wildlife Foundation logo on them, with a cute little panda icon, as they donated 10% of each bottle sold to the foundation (which they no longer do). But after finding out that the local tap water here in NYC is actually superior to Evian, I have realized a couple of things. One, is that cute bottles do not a good water make. And two, is that EVIAN spelt backwards is NAIVE.
