good: Rob Manhattan, New York, USA, 2001-Jan-26 A liter of this water would provide about 3/4's of a minimum prescribed dosage of Lithium. Lithium salts are used for the prophylaxis of recurrent depression and also prophylaxis and treatment of mania and manic-depression. The decision to prescribe lithium is based on a consideration of likelihood of recurrence, often after specialist review, and the benefit weighed against the risk.
