Possibly my favorite...it's really hard to know since there thousands of waters and I doubt I'll be able to try them all in my life. But this water appeals to me because it has a high mineral content, and a hearty full-bodied taste. Contrary to some of the other raters, I like the salt flavour and prefer it to waters that have little to no salty taste. The Classic is an alchemist's dream: a full-bodied water with a nice bite due to the carbonation, yet paradoxically, no hint of harshness against the throat. By far the finest sparkling water by both taste and consistency. Of course I've been drinking Apollinaris on a daily basis for over 10 years, and always arrange to have a stock available whenever and wherever I travel (most recently making sure that it was available in my hotel room in Kunming, Yunnan, China). Still, I do sample a large number of other waters, and Apollinaris remains the standard by which I judge all others.
